...I had been a smoker for 30 years. But my doctor had told me I needed to quit and I was having trouble breathing. I officially smoked my last cigarette on March 2013...Now my self-esteem is better and I know I can reach a goal I set for myself. Hopefully I added ten years to my life too.

We believe that being faithful to our vision day in and day out changes lives. Stigma still exists for people who struggle with mental health. It is our passion to see the stigma of mental health erased from society. We will continue to provide programs that empower our members toward mental health and community. We are always looking for ways to improve our programs, seek funding, raise awareness and educate the general population and our members. We believe that it is possible to live in a world where people respect all others.
